Shipping policy

CLUTCH ships across Canada and the United States.  We offer free standard shipping on orders $30+ (before taxes & discounts). Free shipping is not applicable for remote locations and additional shipping charges may apply. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We strive to ship all orders in 1-2 business days. For custom print orders printing time is currently 5 days. Please allow an additional 3-8 business days (approx.) for the carrier to deliver your package. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any questions about delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Product

CLUTCH straps have been tested on commercial testing equipment. Our straps are incredibly strong and each one can hold up to a 90lb load.

Our straps stay flexible even in cold weather conditions and work in cold temperatures down to -40C.

Our straps are made of super strong polyurethane and have a fiberglass-filled nylon buckle.

Our straps are designed in Canada and made by our manufacturing partner in China.

Returns and exchanges

CLUTCH Straps will accept returns within 45 days of purchase on new saleable merchandise.  

We will refund 100% of the original purchase price less shipping, if applicable. 

Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and in original packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders. 

All returns must include a CLUTCH Straps issued Return Merchandise Authorization # (‘RMA’ #).

All CLUTCH Straps products are warranted be free of defects in material or workmanship for one year from the purchase date.

CLUTCH warranty extends only to the original purchaser purchasing from the CLUTCH Straps online store or authorized dealer and is not transferrable. CLUTCH Straps shall have no liability for any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part by its actions, omissions or negligence or for contingencies beyond its control.

Qualification of warranty claims is at CLUTCH Straps’ sole discretion.  In consideration of the above promises by CLUTCH Straps, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and in lieu of all other claims for damage, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against CLUTCH Straps. All warranties of merchantability and/or of fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded and/or waived. The buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain repair or replacement of the product from CLUTCH Straps. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

+ Normal wear and tear;

+ Damage caused by misuse, abuse or negligence or by accident;

+ Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives;

+ Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages;

+ All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by CLUTCH Straps.

All claims should be processed at the point of purchase whenever possible.

Warranty claims must be submitted to customerservice@clutchstraps.com.  The original order confirmation number or receipt as well as description of damage must be included. CLUTCH Straps will determine qualification and send further instructions for claim processing.
